Tournament Rules

1. No Inning will start after 2 hours 15 min. even in the case of a tie game

2. If one team is ahead by 10 runs after 5 innings or in an equal number of at bats thereafter the game will be terminated

3. If one team is ahead by 10 runs after 2 hours 15 min. then the game will be terminated immediately even if it occurs in the middle of an inning

4. Only wood bats and composite bats will be permitted.

5.Both a designated hitter as well as an extra hitter are permitted but teams must choose to use them at the beginning of the game.

6. Runner for the catcher is optional at any time and must be a player who is not currently in the lineup.

7. No violent contact rule is in effect. Umpire can call player out and eject him from game if violent contact occurs.

8. Each team will be allotted 10 minutes of IF/OF practice (time permitting) with the home team going first

9. Games rained out after having become an official game will be considered complete game. Game rained out before becoming official will be suspended and will be completed only if time and fields allow.

10. Unless otherwise specified American League rules will be in effect

11. Each team is responsible for insuring their dugout is left clean after their game is played.

12. All teams are responsible for making certain that no players hit soft toss into any fences.

13. No one is allowed to drive beyond the parking lot onto the premises without the specific permission of Tournament Staff.

14. No coolers or food or beverage of any kind is permitted in the complex. There is a concession stand with a full menu.
